And she doesn’t just teach these principles—she lives them. With over 40 years of experience in endurance sports, including marathons, biathlons, and sprint triathlons, and as an active USTA tennis competitor, she knows what it takes to stay focused, adapt under pressure, and consistently strive for peak performance.
